Having its core values in quality, performance and design, BLAST BIKES ENTERPRISE was established in 1986 in Bilbao of Spain and ever since is proud to present its bike range which are designed, engineered and manufactured according to the latest technologies and safety measures known in the industry. A bicycle frame which effectively acts as the skeleton of a bicycle is indeed one of the most significant part of a bike and therefore is of utmost importance when it comes to its production. Once all frame tubes are accurately welded at the right angle handmade by highly skilled technicians adopting the latest machineries, each and every frame is then undergone a heat treatment process (T4-T6) in order to develop uniformity of the alloy structure after which frame alignment is carried out on 100% of the bicycle frames in order to precisely align the frames to avoid back problems for the riders and therefore it is the most crucial stage of production.
Furthermore, we at BLAST BIKES ENTERPRISE believe that the bicycle components especially the shifting and braking parts act as heart of a bike and as such they all have been carefully selected among the well known original brands (such as Shimano, Zoom, Promax, Velo, Kenda, etc) to accommodate for the specific use of the bike.
